My husband and I went to the American Deli on Booth Rd today. There were only two other people ahead of us when we arrived. They received their food promplty. I received my salad and the 5 or 6 people behind us received their food. My husband still had not received his food 25 minutes later. When we went to the counter to ask why it seems they forgot to make it. They did give him his money back, but that is pretty bad service considering that they were not that busy when we arrived.
