Don't see any point in going back until I hear something better about this place.
Bad service, overpriced food and food with no flavor , dirty dishes.
Waited 10 minutes for a table, while seeing tables open. Waited 12 minutes for a waitress. Ordered a cup of tea and a cup of coffee. Had it not been for meeting up with an old friend, we would have walked., for after 20 minutes we were met by a grumpy waitress who explained the ``ridculous plan that one person handle beverages". (Not my problem ... just bring me my drink...) Wouldn't let us place our food order yet. Waited 20 minutes for beverages, which arrived in crusty cups. The lowest grade tea possible ... not even Lipton or Red Rose ... a no name brand.... for $1.89 ... yuck and cold bitter coffee! Because a different person handled beverages, we waited another 15 minutes to place the order with the food waitress. The beverage waitress was not seen again, so no offer of refill. while we waited. Ordered a 2 deli sandwiches (no cooking involved!) and an overpriced raspberry iced tea, and a refill of coffee. Looking around I realized no one else had food. A group of three people ordered their meal. One woman emphatically asked for a plain cheeseburger no fries ... just chips please (they don't have chips, so she said skip the fries) When asked how she'd like it done she replied medium. .... still waiting for my deli sandwiches .... food with visibly cold gravy was delivered to the table next to me, 20 minutes later the elderly woman was delivered a cheeseburger with some kind of sauce on it, and which was bloody rare and a side of fries.. No lucky catching a waitress until her dining partners had finished their meals. 35 minutes after we placed our order, it arrived. No dressing for the Reuben, no raspberry iced tea... we waiting 10 more minutes for that.... two Raspberry Iced Teas were delivered "so you don't have to bother me again" and another bitter cold coffee. (are you adding up the time here?) The bread was stale, the pickle limp or maybe my attitude had just soured by this point. Waited 20 minutes for the check, which was wrong, and when pointed out to the waitress there was insistence that ``I did it right... it's that stupid coumpter" ``Here this is a lower check anyway" No it wasn't. We didn't order 4 Raspberry Iced teas, just one (though you delivered two, we didn't order the steak dinner, ad a hot turkey sandwich...which are far more expensive, and we didn't exceed our refill limit .... 10 minutes to resolved that and 10 more minutes to cash out, and then to hear muttering "15% ,,, cheap bitch" I'll go back only if I have a few hours of my life I'm willing to give up to be harassed and eventually served bad food on dirty plates.

Just tried the new diner in Queensbury. Ordered the hot turkey sandwich. All of our food had cooled considerably by the time it was served, suggesting it sat out until the server was freed up to deliver it. There was not enough gravy, so we had to request more. The fries were of poor quality and I would never order them again. Gravy was decent, but, as noted, lukewarm. Salad looked generous until you realize it was mostly lettuce and light on the few other ingredients. My wife's cranberry sauce appeared like it was the last of the dregs and she wouldn't eat it. She wouldn't eat her fries either, as they were just not hot at all. It was pricey, and their soda prices are riduculusly high. Oddly, even though they promise a refill, they emphasize that you only get ONE! What? At 2.59 for a small glass filled with ice, and you get ONE refill? Wow! If this was a hot meal and we had enough gravy (served way too dry) I could have lived with the high price and other shortcomings, since I love a hot turkey sandwich. Sadly, this was a disappointing meal that I paid a lot for.
