Our gluten free sauce contains garlic, ginger, rice wine, salt, sugar and organic wheat free soy sauce. The marinades for chicken, beef, pork, lamb, shrimp, scallops and calamari, tofu are gluten free and contain cornstarch. The soy sauce on your table is not gluten free, please ask your server if you would like wheat free soy sauce.
