★ Poor 1 out of 5 one hundred six months and twenty four days ago around 1AM by Associated

Poor! Hardee’s in Midlothian started out good but has gone in the toilet. We were in there today I refilled my drink with unsweetened tea before we left. It tasted funny. After a few sips I had my husband taste it to which he yelled “what the F*** is THAT?” He then opened the lid smelled it had me smell it. It smelled like sewer water. Within 10 minutes both of us were in the bathroom with liquid diarrhea that smelled just like the tea…sewer water. When we brought it back to the manager telling her it made us sick she said all she could do was give us the money back. She didn’t even check the tea. In fact she told us we were crazy because she drinks the sweet tea all day. (mine was unsweetened). My husband filled a fresh cup with the tea to prove it was bad she accused him of stealing it then refused to let us purchase it (so we had a second sample to have tested). So I told my husband to call the police so we can get a sample. Instead the manager called and said we were causing trouble. The assistant manager who was not working started verbally attacking us while we waited for the police. When the police came we got our sample but I ended up sick again in the Hardees bathroom which I had to run to, to keep from vomiting on the floor. When I came out I was told the manager assistant manager had been laughing about me being sick…while the cops were there even…the whole time I was in the bathroom vomiting with diarrhea. Until those 2 heartless, cruel, poor excuses for human beings are fired we will not return there. I ask everyone to consider what they would do if treated that way. Boycott Midlothian Hardee’s until they are fired! Or forever…you don’t want to be sick like I am!
