Excellent in every way, our favorite restaurant in Fairfield boasts cooking with the highest quality of ingredients prepared with a gourmet touch by the gracious Liana and her crew. Not to be missed are the paccheri (thick pasta with the most unbelievably tasty cheese sauce), the gnocchi (pillows of pasta lighter than air with a choice of sauce), and the seafood, in particular the scallops and branzino. Make sure to leave room for a light European dessert!
