I was so excited when Hardee's reopened on Bradley Avenue in Champaign. I worked at the same location as a teenager all through high school, so I kind of favored Hardee's over other fast food places. At first, service was slow, orders not correct and rude employees. .. but, I kept coming back trying to be a loyal customer. I come through every day and get a large diet coke, meals several times a week and the oreo icecream sandwiches (that they have advertised on the window). The service has never gotten better. Even with no cars in the parking lot and no customers inside they are slow to answer the drive thru. Sometimes they will answer with no other customers and say hold for a minute please. Wtf!! The last 5 times I have came through the drive thru and ordered the icecream sandwiches, they tell me they don't have any made. Ok it is summer and you have a large advertisement on the Window for them. You have NO CUSTOMERS... make them!!! I have waited up to 15min lots of time for food. Gone through the drive thru a couple of times and had nobody ever answer. One time I saw the lady who was working there talking to her boyfriend in the dining area with the head set on...she saw me...and didn't answer. I have been very patient with this place and now done!! Hardee's needs to move out of the building so we can get something else in that building that really wants to make and sell food. I will not be back!!! Should be a clue to the owners and management that business is dramatically reduced and you have problems.
