On May 3, 2013 at 8:17 pm I ordered a Crazy Cheesy Crust Pizza Hawaiian online. I received my pizza at 10:08 pm. As you can understand I was a little upset that the pizza I received took almost 2 hours to arrive. When I opened the box to the pizza it was a cold pan pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and ham. I called the number that was provided in my email I explained to the lady what happened. She was very polite and asked if I would like to receive a discount on my next order or if I would like a new pizza. I told her I would like a new pizza but I didn’t want them to send it to me because of the two hour wait I had just experienced. After our phone call I proceeded to the Pizza Hut that I had ordered from (515 15th St Tuscaloosa, Alabama). When I arrived I spoke with a man. I suppose that he was the manager. As I explained to him what happened and showed him what I received his response was “We were looking for that pizza.” Then I began to question where my pizza was. His response to me then was “We are out of Crazy Cheesy Crust Pizza.” I was so upset by this time that I simply wished for a refund.
