I just had a driver sit in his car and tell me he couldn't find my house. He wanted to know what kind of cars were in the parking lot. I asked if he got out of the car to look for the address he said no,he thought if I knew the cars around I could tell him where to go. Once he got out of the car he found me right away. You can't find a apartment from the parking lot. That was very bad customer service, and now since I told his boss to complain, I can never order from there again for fear of food tampering. The manager gave me nothing for my experience.
