Ordered a chai latte with non fat milk and Carmel. They were marked on the cup, but she forgets the Carmel which I asked and then instead of asking how I'd like the Carmel she just pumps a bunch of Carmel suyrup making it super sweet and gross. The guy taking the order should of also asked but did not. They just sent me off on my way. Communication with your customers people. (Yes my spelling is bad, I know) very unsatisfied!!! Other Starbucks places did soooo much better then they did.
