I called to complain about pizza i bought at this Nostrand ave branch, they told me to return with the pizza. I brought back the box containing 5 1/2 slices of inferior quality pizza. When I arrived I was met with a belligerent manager who in no terms admitted the possibility that the pizza was poor tasting. He opened the box and told me to tell him why I thought it was wrong, after explaining my views he told me that's how all the pizzas are cooked and insinuated that because I didn't know how the pizza was suppose to taste he shouldn't lose business to which I explained I have had this pizza more than several times. After this argument in which I tried to defuse the situation even telling him to give me the pizza back and I would just contact HQ and get myself a new pizza that way, he then threw the pizza on the floor proceeded into the back to 'make a new pizza' while banging and audibly pounding the table. At this point, in reply to this complete disrespect I requested a refund to which he refused.
Absolutely the worst service with horrible management. Won't ever go to little caesars again.
