This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Wendy's. There were actually 6 of us dining and arrived about 10 minutes till noon. I live in Odessa and have been to both Wend'ys in Odessa and they are great in serving us and upsizing. This Wendy's on the Loop did not allow us to upsize on any of the kid's meals. The reply was
