I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE THAT I RECIEVED ON FEBUARY 29,2008.I WAS A CUSTOMER AT THE DRIVE THRU I PLACED AN ORDER FOR TWO FIVE PC.NUGGETS,JR C-BURGER PLAIN ,C-BURGER DELUXE I ALSO PLACED A ORDER FOR 2 VALUE SIZE TEA THE FEMALE WHO WAS TAKEING THE ORDER STATED THAT I CANT GET 2 VALUE SIZE TEA I STATED TO GIVE ME TWO SMALL TEA THEN AS I GOT TO THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW I ASK THE GENTLEMENT WHY I COULDN,T GET THE VALUE SIZE TEA .HE DIDNT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE HE STARTED TALKING ALL TYPES OF SLANG LANUAGE . I SAID HOW MUCH IS MY ORDER HE SAID IT WAS SEVEN DOLLARS AND SOME CHANGE I GAVE HIM EIGHT DOLLARS IN HIS HAND .HE WAS STILL TALKING WITH ONE OF THE OTHER EMPLOYEES STATEING THAT THIS WOMAN IS TALKING CRAZY AND TRIPPING AT THAT MOMENT I ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK AS I REACH TO GET IT FROM HIM HE LET IT FELL UNDER MY CAR ABOUT THAT TIME ANOTHER ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES CAME TO THE WINDOW TO ASK WHAT WAS GOING ON I TOLD HER WHAT HAD HAPPEN SHE ASK ME DO YOU WANT YOUR ORDER I STATED NO THEN SHE CLOSE THE WINDOW AND WALK OFF.I DIDNT RECIEVE AN APOLOGY OR ANYTHING .I HAD MY FOUR YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IN THE BACK WAITING TO EAT BUT BECAUSE OF THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECIEVE SHE DIDNT GET HER FOOD TO EAT.I WILL REALY APPRECIATE IF I CAN RECEIVE SOME FEEDBACK ABOUT THIS SITUATION
