We have been customers at this Wendy's for 20 years. They have always had good food and good service. Tonight, they refused to substitute a small chili for a small fry with a coupon - an action that have done many other times in the past. Even the manager wouldn't do it and let me walk out of the restaurant angry. No customer service, no customer value. I guess they don't like my money. I chose to go to Tin Drum instead. Don't go to this Wendy's
