You will find that at the perfect age, the cheese will almost ooze out as you cut it. Our Camembert is made with fresh cow's milk and is aged for about 30 days. The cheese has a mild interior with a sharp exterior of a white mold rind. Great cheese for a cocktail party or small get together.
