Just bought your Espresso Madness ice cream in hopes that it would be a replacement for my long list Haagen Dazs Cappuccino Commotion. To my pleasant surprise, the flavor of your ice cream is the closest Iâ€™ve found in my 10 years of looking, however, the texture of this ice cream is terrible. Itâ€™s grainy, almost like ice milk, definitely not creamy like your other ice cream. I donâ€™t know what you did to this one that makes the texture so displeasing, but I really wish you could fix it. Thanks Linda
