Excellent, in every aspect, the blend of his spices created the tasty flavor of the au jus, his selection of the cut of meat he uses lend to the rich meat taste and the very tenderness of their the meat. The bread he chose adds to the completion of an uncompromised delicious sandwich! The best Italian Beef Sandwich ever made!
