On our first visit, the service was poor but forgivable since this is only a pizza joint but the pizza I was served was so burnt that I could not eat it - it should have never left the kitchen! The owner comped the meal without us asking and gave us a gift certificate so that we would try them again. We were leaving the Keys the next day so returned the next day for a take out lunch just to use the coupon. The rude waitress told me the order would take 15 mins so I sat at their patio table for 15 mins then went back inside to get the order, at which time she tells me that the order will be another 15 mins. Over this span of 30 mins she never came out to update me on the status of the order and was very agitated that I pointed out that she told me the order would be out in 15 mins originally. The food quality here was poor and the service is even worse. The owner was the only person who cared about doing anything right.
