The Pizza Oven

Why have a 15% discount prior to 5pm if you don't honor it. We called at 4:30pm and was told pizza would be ready in 25 min. I asked specifically "will the discount still apply?" and was told yes. My husband arrived and found himself 8th in line to pay. By the time he paid it was after 5pm and he was charged full price. He questioned it and was told he had to pay full price cuz it was after 5pm. My husband said "I've been waiting in line!" The teen boy shrugged his shoulders. Tacky.
