yes my name is katie ziola n i love taco's n always adore your tacos but tonight when i went to order some tacos i ordered a combo numba 8 and 5 crunchy tacos 2 carmel apple empanada and one cheezy pototoe the gal was nice she took our money n asked if we wanted any mild sauce n we said yes plenty n she said okay well a man brought out our tacos and when we were lookin in our sack we didnt have mild sauce we thought okay no biggy just go around and get some well we do and the guy comes out disrecpectfull and say can i help you and we tel him we didnt get any mild sauce and hes like okay and he reaches and only gives us 4 packages like really we have 8 tacs and only 4 pouches i think that was kinda rude and when we get back to our home we opened up our taco and eveyone of our 8 tacos have been crushed i couldnt even hold my taco in my hand i ended up throwing them away i thought wow how rude and impolite employees and i recommend i wont be back there again and if anything i would like my money back and we even called up there at the store location and a girl picked up and i repeated what was wrong and she made a excuse that she couldnt hear us well i have a really good phone and no one has ever told me they couldnt hear me so then i thought okay well ill just call her from a different phone and no answer they had unplug the phone and i think that was disrespectful rude and terrible service and both of those employees should get written up or fired. i would def recommend to talk to the manager and the head of taco bell you can reach me at 314-769-1210 and trust me i will be calling tomarrow about this complaint.
