The Gist : friendly, great, serious, helpful, impressed

  • I was in need of catering. I went to the local Subway Shop. I had never been there before. My first impression of the restaurant was how clean it was, and bright. I was waited on immediately, and referred to the Manager. She was so helpful in filling my request, and helping me to make selections. She was professional, and very nice. I picked up my order that evening, and it was very nicely wrapped. I went to my meeting, and everyone present was very impressed with the freshness, and selection of sandwiches. I will attend this store again.

    1. I recently was in search a fullfilling sub and stumbled upon this Subway on stanssney and manchaca. The staff was great and i would def. come back for more great subs and friendly smiles!! =)

        I am sorry that you had a bad experience and absolutely should not have been denied service if you entered subway before closing time....my question to you is...if you are going to be childish enough to say "the FAT girl behind the counter"....why would I take YOUR COMPLAINT. SERIOUS? Every human being has a name!! If you are going to complain....do it with a little more class ....that store is now under new management and has a whole new crew...

          These guys do not care about customer service. Went there at 8:40p and was told the store was closed for the night, which closes at 9p according to their sign. The fat girl behind the counter does not know what customer service is about. Go to Thundercloud on William Cannon, they don't care if you show up after they close.
