The place is a dump in a pathetic neighborhood. Open air drug sales right outside. Used needles litter the street. Sometimes the dealers come inside to make sales. People buy single beers from here with change to drink on the street corner in brown bags. Right under the Somerset station of the Market Frankford EL. This is Kensington in all its glory.
