Something I observed this morning while purchasing my coffee and breakfast, there was an African American young lady assisting me, then the next thing I saw was the other employees come out the back trying to put her on the spot, did you this or that, do you have any questions, this young lady responded in a professional way and prooceeded to help the next customer, I see managerial potential and I was so proud of her. Great service.
