Royal India is the closest Indian restaurant to my house, so I go there frequently for the lunch buffet.
Most of the time it's fresh and delicious. However, the closer you get to 2:00, the dryer the food gets. I suppose they don't want to waste money by refilling the pans at that time, but sometimes the rice kernels are pretty hard.
Their naan is wonderful, as is the spinach paneer, chicken tikka masala, tandoori, samosas ---- mmmm, I'm getting hungry.
