Pizza Patron Reviews

I am not terribly surprised to see that the Pizza Patron location at 11228 Airline Drive is not listed here on this website. My review is of that location, and NOT for 5536 Airline Dr.
The Pizza Patron at 11228 disappointingly, is the one closest to our home and so we selected that location to order from.We love Pizza Patron Pizza, really it is the best ever! But this location the manager is in no way customer service oriented. We love their Pizza, so we downloaded the app to start accumulating bonuses. The downside was instead of having door dash deliver, we would have to go in and get the pizza in person, the store is not far so no big deal (we thought). The App order went smoothly and my husband drove there from med center to pick up dinner on his way home, but when he got there, no one knew how to scan the QR code from the App for us to collect our bonus that was offered for using the app...the manager comes to the front and doesnt even greet my husband, in fact she seemed annoyed with him and she goes straight to ringing him up, then says it will be 20 minutes and walks away. My husband was surprised because he had put the order in more than 30 minutes before, but she just walked away before he could question her about it. There was a line of customers being served by the cashier so my husband waited for 18 minutes while seeing that the app said his order was completed already. When he was finally is able to speak to the cashier, he explained to her that his order should have been ready because it showed completed on the app...the lady asked his name and then goes to get the pizzas that had been sitting there the entire time hands them to him and goes on to help the next customers. He didnt want to stay to argue so he brought the pizzas home and they were cold and chewy...NOTHING like what we knew Pizza Patron Pizzas to be. We deleted the app and will probably just continue to purchase through door dash to avoid this type of customer service in the future. Moral of the story... the customer service at this location is equivalent to what you can get at Dicks except in no way amusing...however... when the pizza is fresh, it is amazing! Try the fire roasted jalapeno sauce...oh myyyy!!
