Pizza Hut

My name is Craig Stauffer im 51 years old and father and husband. Im so sad that my area ( Bluffton Store #007139 ) I have never seen such poor service in the last few Months. I have all ways enjoyed the time in this Hut with family and frends, but out of 6 familys we have had the worst time, the Managers have had been short and rude, in ways i have never heard anyone act before. We have had to go to McDonals to spend time with frends and family. We will spend $60 to $70 dollors every time we go, I cant beleave that lossing the several families from your store. is a good thing. the restrooms are dirty and the males bathroom drain leaks on the floor, the people are tracking that all over the store ask the manager if they could mop it up, stated he did not have time the sad thing we were the only one in the store . Yes my family went back in last night. a round 8pm 2/7/2012 ticket #278, empolyees standing in back it took 45 min to get food over 20min time. manager took name tag off when i ask for him about uninal leak in bath room. I dont want any thing but a better pizza hut you can call 260-525-0002 I would be more than happy to share thank you Craig L Stauffer
