Pizza Hut

My family ordered dinner from this Pizza Hut around 430 on Sat. 13th 2008. We didn't order carry out because we had bad weather and we were being conciderate. I went to pick up our food at about 500. We were told to wait 25min. When my niece and I arrived the clerk asked for a name took payment then begain to pace back and forth. She did everything but give us our food. When I got her attention I asked if there was a problem. She said that our order was never put in the oven,that they were having problems with their equipment and that she was sorry. She then told us if we waited her manager would give us our money back she had to wait for managenent. She said that I would take another 8 min. for our food. We left for about 15min and came back to a very nasty manager. He talked to me like I was trying to take form your store. He offered my niece a couple pops and she accepted before I came in. When I told him we were waiting for a refund he said I only had to wait 8min and he wasn't going to give us anything else. My time is the most valueble thing I have my family was waiting and we were treated rudely. I live in another city and order from this store whenever im visiting my mother. We waited a hour for a simple order and was treated bad I wanted to let your know, so that you could ask your employee to treat people fair. The people that served us were Joe and Liz.
