I went there on my lunch hour today (9/26/07) and got one of their hit the spot meals (personal pizza, salad, and some cheese sticks). Or rather, I ordered one. The waitress brought a pre-made salad with slightly browned lettuce (it had obviously been frozen at some point) and my tea. 45 minutes later, I had to go back to work. The response from those behind the counter was, "hang on, it's almost ready." They gave me my little pizza in a to-go box and they seemed to think I was willing to wait even longer for the cheese sticks. I paid, did not leave a tip, and left with my pizza in a box.
