Worst service I have ever had!! Still waiting on a return phone call from Patrick but he probably never received message from supervisor Francisco

After telling my 6 year old he could stay up and wait for pizza before bed, we ordered pizza sliders from Pizza Hut in west Monroe. We called at 900. The woman who took our order said it would be a 30-35 minute wait, at 952 I called again to see what was taking so long. The woman told me they were running late and that if I would call her back when the delivery man arrived I would receive a discount. At 1023 my husband called again. (Note I had to send my son to bed without eating) the woman told my husband that the delivery man had been to my house and nobody came to the door. We then told her not only had nobody came but nobody had called either. We were then informed that our order had been CANCELED and that the store was CLOSED! My husband then was hung up on!! I called back and after finally getting a supervisor by the name of Francisco, I repeated my story and was told I'm so many words that I would have to get over it! Very unprofessional!!
