Cannot say enough about this restaurant and staff. We met the Piatti folks the Friday of Valentines weekend AND THEN WALKED OUT OF ANOTHER RESTURANT SATURDAY AND WENT BACK TO PIATTIS. We knew it was crowded and did not have a reservation, but Dan Ward, owner bent over backwards to make sure we were seated and taken care of. We were even lucky enough the get the same wait staff. The food is very good, and to top it all off that night, Dan served us dessert on the house for coming back for a second night!! Hats off to everyone there, and if you dont experience this restaurant you are definitely missing out!!! Monty Lloyd, Flower Mound, TX
