Great smoked fish, excellent meats and sandwiches! An absolute must try when in Duluth.
Our country pate is made with all-Berkshire pork, including liver, fatback, our own bacon and pancetta, and own ground shoulder mix. Blended with brandy, onions, and herbs, it’s been a shop favorite for years.
