Routine is to leave out items in a order-the Big Breakfast is often missing the Hash Brown that is supposed to be included. The drive thru ordering at times sounds like a child in the 2nd grade taking the order-it has to be repeated multiple times, like if you order three coffees and 2 creams in each, they reply back OK 2 Coffees with 3 creams. Now I go in a dead slow sequence, like I say I want 3 coffees and wait for them to say do you want cream and sugar-then I reply. I never string items together since they have to enter and can remember only one item at a time? Coffee often has a large amount of coffee grinds in the coffee. The portion size in the eggs varies, from a spoon full to what looks like 2x the normal egg given in the big breakfast. Ordering eggs separate seems to alwas get the right size.

Often out of itms...like hot fudge sauce and soda poor quality control...items often missing from orders rarely do they have the correct happy meal toys that are displayed...often toys from previous months.
