Tonite I had terrible service at this location. The fries were hard and brown, not golden and crisoy. The cashier even said "oh, i overcooked them" as if that was okay. I drove uo to wait for fresh fries and saw about 6 cars go by when i decided they had forgotten about me. When I xame back around the drive-thru, the cashier didn't remember why she told me to move forward. The comedy just escalated from there. Olease find some one with common sense, the managers as well may be soecial needs. Its good that you try to hire all kinds, but have at least one manager with sense.
