Hi my name is Rosetta, I ordered 2 big macs and fries. All my food was ice cold. I visited the McDonald's on 82nd and Euclid around 7:15 PM. (May 14, 2013) i know that there is nothing that can be done because I didn't get a receipt. But I wanted headquarters to be aware of this issue, I feel after the food has been sitting for a certain amount of time, it should be recorded has spoilage. Didn't enjoy my meal at all and I real like McDonald's, but the reputation of McDonald's is going down in my eyes.

0 I hate going for a interview with McDonalds they claim they are diversed but they only for the whites, and they should not call you in for a interview and not give you a chance it's pointless to even go in for the interview I would never choose .css bye.

i believe all the food at mcdonalds is yummmmmmy and tastes good. The service is great and fast. There never mean to me and they have never screwed up my order. I thank you

This place has terrible service, I am a 47 yr old male who has had food from there since the very 1st McDonald's in that very location the service over the years has gone from good to "I hate going there!!.. The cashiers are slow and don't seem to have had any training on restaraunt or customer ettique... Food is unsatisfactory 75% of my visit's, not a good thing.. A manager or employees that give a damn & take pride in what they do & where they do it are greatly needed.. It's a shame grown folk have to be monitored to do at least a decent job..

McDonald's is my kind of place! I eat here EVERYDAY! It's definitly worth the 200+ lbs I gained over the past few years! Get the chickin nuggets! THOSE SUCKAS ARE CRISPY! I also think the double Big Mac makes an excellent dinner for any day of the week!
