when we order from McDonald's we don't get the correct order we order oatmeal and they don't give us only order a spoon they don't give us a spoon so we are tired and sick of that

The employees are great...but, Mr. Aguilar, franchise owner, allows men to take up a bar stool (usually 3 at table and others have come in and sat down at my bar stool or stood in the isle watching the chess game) and play chess. One of the men is really loud and they occupy the bar stool around two to two and one half hours playing chess. They were not buying anything until I complained and now they buy a cup of coffee. They create an atmosphere of a "pool hall" and take away a pleasant atmosphere for the other customers.
In my opinion they are loitering and loitering is a crime here in Oklahoma. But, Mr. Aquilar seems not to care for the rest of his customers...he allows these 4-6 men to loiter for hours!
