To whom it may concern, I went to this restaurant for breakfast and was directed to place an order by a seemingly impatient server. After asking her (Britney) the difference from one item to another and getting snap at I decided not to make a big deal about it, but i did manage to ask her if she is that snappy in the mornings? In order to avoid the next time i frequent the place and to no suprise she smerked and said no. Then she proceeded to get me my drink and only filled it up half way and I asked her to please fill it up and she pointed to an imaginary line and said a medium drink only gets filled to this line. My thought on is if McDonalds serves you a drink in a 12oz cup and only pours 6 oz into then why not give you an 6 oz cup or even an 8oz cup, this defies logic. Therefore, I pushed the cup back to Britney and told her she can keep it. Needless, to say I threw the breakfast into the trash knowing that this plan poor service. For the sake of being fair I have not been treated this way at a McDonalds before and I have been all over the country, however this particular McDonald needs to retrain their staff in customer service or shut the place down. I is unfortunate for McDonalds that member of their staff show such contempt and indifference towards a long time paying customer.
