Very poor service. They need new management/HR. Staff always look miserable, never a hi or thank you. Often forget items/condiments, should always check order especially drive thu. Of course never an apology. Will never return, probably for the best.

Why is it that the shake machine is down at 8pm? Especially when they are offering limited time Shamrock Shakes. In the past three times that my husband and I have tried to order shakes we are told the shake machine is down. If it's a faulty machine get it taken care of, otherwise stop cleaning it so early I the night.
