The lady in the Drive-through pick-up window was so rude, I had to control myself because my five year old son was in the back seat. I was about to snatch her op by her raggedy side ponytail and forced her through the window. they are so rude, they need to re-train them in customer service. Next time I will go there with out my son, she better learn some manners or I will deal with her my own way.
