TERRIBLE MORNING TO NOON MANAGER!!!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVIICE!!! - - 2010-06-23 Haven't seen any other McDonald's ANYWHERE with worse customer service. Last October I was given fries that were fried twice to which the lunch manager began to argue with me that they were not fried twice even though the were hard like pencils with nothing inside but air. Haven't been since until I was riding with someone in to work who stopped and ordered my breakfast (sausage egg cheese mcgriddle) and it came to me with no egg or cheese. After calling to register a complaint was told by the same manager as before that...."well that's what she rang up!" She didn't even say... "Would you like to get what you ordered?" Didn't even try to get my order right. I didn't want anything extraordinary just what I ordered. After calling corporate for the second time about this same lady I came to the conclusion that they really don't care if they allow this lady to speak to people in this way. Especially the college kids who depend on them since they're so close to campus. If they want her to be the "face of McDonald's customer service" for downtown Raleigh then so be it. And I told the manager that when he called me to apologize about her...... for the SECOND TIME!!!!
