Terrible; I took my wife there for Mothers Day, Bad Mistake. We walked in and people standing everywhere. they told us we were looking at a 25 minute wait. But, something good is worth waiting for? i noticed there were 15 booths and tables empty. I asked why they couldn't use them and was told the waitress had a table with 9 so she couldn't handle them also. Finally we sat down and got to order, finally. The waitress brought 3 pieces of bread when she brought our salad. And then there they were. The best looking 14oz New York Strips. I ordered them Medium Well, but when I cut into mine, Blood rolled, so did my wifes. The waitress apologized and offered to take them back. I said great but please bring us different steaks. About 25 minutes later the manager brought us our steaks back, again they were blood red inside. I understand medium is warm pink on the inside, Great. but these steaks were not even cooked inside. They were seared on the outside but raw inside. Again the waitress said she even thought they were rare. The manager was polite in telling us that, this is what he calls medium and have a nice day. I rtefused to pay the bill and left. We didn't get to eat a bite of the steaks because the were still bleeding. In all we spent almost 2 hours at the restaurant and still had to eat a ham sandwich for supper at home. Thats not counting the 110 miles I drove to get my wife to Chattanooga. Mothers Day 2013 wil be one my wife will never forget, The wait with empty table everywhere, the raw meat that was served us twice and the manager that was polite enough to tell us he classed a bleeding steak as medium well. I have eaten steak all over the US, I can honestly say I know what is medium and what is raw. The ctr. was still cool and wasn't even warm. The guess everyone has to have a bad day every now and then so I think I've had mine for this month.
