This bakery is awesome!! It smells amazing too! I love the donuts. They still fry the donuts and bake from scratch. You say tht about any of the other "bakeries" in the area..

I was visiting Greenville, Pa. the end of June and went with a family member to the Hermitage Bakery. We bought several things and I paid for it by with my credit card - I am from Mississippi and didnt realize until several days later my card was missing. Tracking where I had been the Hermitage Bakery was the last place I used the card. I drove to the bakery and was really upset that I had lost my card - they informed me that they had the card...was hoping I would come back to claim it. They had no way of contacting me and if they had chosen to report the card to the card company it probably would have been canceled. This card was used by me for the trip...I had all kinds of thoughts about where the card might be and if it was being used by someone other than myself - thank God they were honest and had the card. I will definately used this bakery on each trip I make to Pa. - they are exceptional not only with honesty to the customer but with their baked goods.

Best cakes ever. They remind me of Max-anns that used to be at the plaza. we live 3 hours away, but order them for all our specail occasions

This bakery makes the most delicious wedding cakes of anyone around! The frosting is not too sweet and the texture of the cake is smooth. The prices are very reasonable also and the craftsmanship is just perfect.
