I was going to this restaurant for lunch. There were several 18 wheelers in the parking lot. It looked like some sort of training class. I was passing by and almost clipped a person wearing an orange vest. He was on his phone not paying attention. On my way out the big trucks had the light blocked for about 5 minutes and I couldnt leave until they did. WTH
