You can tell the good ethnic food places by the percentage of self-same ethnics who frequent the place at any given time. Gomen has outstanding Japanese fare Pick a ramen, any ramen, at random and you won't be disappointed. The gyoza is unmatched by anyone. And the prices don't break the bank most of the time you'll get out for well under ten bucks.
