store was suppose to open at 10:30am, didn't open til 10:45am, workers in the store noticed me but just ignored me. Gravy for biscuits was like water, rice was sticky, probably left over from the night before and reheated. Biscuits just fell apart like crumbs

nasty place, food is heat lamp baked, dried out and has a skin on the top from sitting there. you would think at lunch time they would keep the serving areas full, far from it almost all serving areas were empty or just dried out. I waiting 20 minutes for fresh fried chicken, found a bone in the taco meat but no one seemed to care (management). I can go on and on, I was hoping to give this place one more chance but after 3 times thats enough. Also observed a waitress using a dirty rag to push food back into the serving areas. Who the hell is in charge of that place anyway

Very dirty (plates). I saw a guy grab a drink and put cup back with clean ones The waitress was great but I was definitely put off by the dirty dishes and dirty people that eat there.
