first of all i've been going to el porton for years. I went to pick up a carry out order 10-5-07. I recived my order after the 15 mins that i was told to pick it up. when i recived the order it was cold. when i got home i opened up my bag, my order was wrong!! when i had called back asking to have my order replaced, i was told that if i brought it back the manager would heat it up for me. First of all that is crap! There was lettus in my food. Which can not be "reheated". When i asked for a new order or a refund the manager told me that wasn't possible. I'm never returning to that crap hole again. To tell you the truth i repaid for a new order and after getting home i couldnt even eat it because i started to think of the crummy service and the way i was treated and i wouldnt doubt it if they spit in my food what a waste of time!!!
