Locally owned, opened Sept 2012 offering a from scratch twist on standard diner fare. More along the lines of gourmet diner fare. Made from scratch biscuits, egg noodles, breads and more. Excellent breakfasts and lunches. Catering specializes in offering delicious comfort foods to corporate breakfast & lunch events.

  • Spinach salad: peppers, red onion, avocado, craisins, candied pecans, bleu cheese crumbles with a strawberry vinaigrette
  • Beefy Doo-Dad....bierock style beef surrounded by mashed potatoes, rolled in panko crumbs, flash fried then placed on top a plate of mushroom gravy, with skillet green beans drizzled with horseradish cream sauce.
  • Timi's Benny ... our version of Eggs Benedict. Handbeaten from scratch Hollandaise that makes this dish! English Muffin topped with Maple Pepper bacon and avocado, a poached egg then blanketed with the sauce of love, Hollandaise.
  • Doo-Dah Diner is a pretty good Breakfast & Lunch Spot Restaurant Ranked #1 of 16 Restaurants in Downtown Wichita Wichita. Some say, it is good, worth.
