First off I want you to know that I live in Winslow. Me and my family often eat at Denny's. More that once a week. So often that the people know us by name and what we will be ordering. On Sunday June 20, 2010 after a weekend celebration of our 50 wedding anniversary. We decided to take all of our children and their families out to breakfast. Since there were to be 20 of us I called 30 mins ahead to see if Denny's would be able to service us.After taking our name how many of us would be children they said that they would get set up for us. The time was set for 930. However when we arrived we were turned away as a bus arrive unexpectly ahead of us and they served them. We then called the Falcon for a 5 min reservation and we were gladly served. AND SERVED WELL WITH A BETTER ARRANGMENT THAT DENNY'S WOULD HAVE GIVEN US. I am glad that Denny's is doing so well that they can afford to turn away customers. Especially LOCAL REPEATERS. Ones that have through the years have experienced some pretty bad times. WITH THIS BEING SAID I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE HAD IT! WE WILL BE TAKING OUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE IN THE WEEKS TO COME. LOOSING MORE BUSINESS THAN THE ONE TIME BUS.
