Coda di Volpe, the cozy Southern Italian restaurant that opened July 21 in the Southport Corridor, is adding brunch. Launching Saturday Aug. 27, the brunch menu features five Neapolitan pizzas made by VPN-certified chef Chris Thompson, including the morning-ready Bacon and Eggs pie with pancetta, potatoes, smoked mozzarella, grana padano and a fried egg.
