BEST EVER !!!!! i have tried ice cream from countless parlors all over the city, some more expensive and a few less. CLOUD CITY is the best by far!
for the record I don't know the owner or any of the people who work there. I never write reviews but honestly this place is so good I had to take the time to give them the recognition they deserve.
