China Wok - Nasty Food- Didn't offer to repplace or reimburse

I order shrimp eeg foo young. While I was ordering thew food the youing girl was very customer friendly. When I go home and ate some of the food, the shrimp were very tiny, soggy, watery and tastless. The shrimp tasted like those prongs that were frozen and just thrown into the patty. I called to complain and the gilr told me the use small shrimp so they don't dry out.
I told her that I have had this dish several times but never had it tasted like this. (I think this under new ownership).
