Great, fresh ingredients makes for excellent meals, and at China House that's what you get. Fresh, tender, spicy if you want it, savory, not greasy...this is good, solid Chinese food that can be customized to your taste and your desire for authentic. Owners and chef, as are the other workers, are all Chinese. Great for family dining, very consistently good, and great to appease a craving for take-out. Very reasonable prices, extensive menu.
